Marketplace new feature – Engagement Notice and Billing
To make it easier for you to submit Engagement Notices and receive billing reports in a secure and more efficient way, the Marketplace team are pleased to announce that a new functionality has been released and is available for you to use within the Marketplace Supplier Dashboard.
Background
Suppliers are required to notify the Marketplace team within 10 days of contract signing and submit a billing report on a quarterly basis. Previously, this required you to download templates for an Engagement Notice and a Billing Report, fill them in and then email them to the Marketplace team who then manually transfer the data. This new process will be less manual for both you and the Marketplace team.
What’s new
- Online smart forms for submitting your:
- engagement notices
- billing reports.
- Ability to:
- save and review draft engagement notice and billing reports
- withdraw an engagement notice.
- You’ll receive automated reminders from us for:
- engagement notices
- quarterly billing reports
- overdue quarterly billing reports.
What you need to do
From quarter 1 of 2024 (January - March) submissions must be submitted using the new functionality. Manual submissions of engagement notices and billing reports will no longer be accepted for quarter 1 of 2024 submissions onwards. Moving forward to submit a billing report through the smart form you will need to have a corresponding Engagement Notice for that billing report.
If you have not submitted any Engagement Notices for quarter 4 of 2023 by 29 January 2024 or any previous quarters and have not submitted any corresponding billing reports – submit these through the new online smart form process.
