Administration Fee collection
These fees are collected from purchasing agencies, through suppliers, when advised by the Lead Agency.

The method of calculation for the Administration Fee is:
- Administration Fee × invoice amount, exclusive of GST
Collecting the Administration Fee
Suppliers offering services through certain Marketplace channels may be required to collect an Administration Fee from purchasing agencies, commonly referred to as a Lead Agency Fee. The relevant Lead Agency will advise when this fee should be applied.
This fee is payable to the Lead Agency as agreed during the onboarding process.

Administration Fee collection process
Where applicable, suppliers receive a quarterly reminder email to submit their billing reports via their supplier dashboard. Reports must be submitted by the 20th of the following month.
The Lead Agency will advise their method of collection of the Administration Fee.

The administration fee is a percentage of the invoice total (excluding GST) and fees are currently applied to:
